Ginger Sparklers
3/4c Butter of Marg
1c Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/4c Molassass

2c Flour
1/2 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Soda

Roll into balls and then roll into white sugar and Bake @ 375 for 8-10 mins
if you find that they are a little uncooked in the middle I would cook for
11 mins but be carefull over cooking will make them crunchy.

You can't tell me you're wifes do all the cooking? Make these for you're wife and she will be so proud. They are awesome, must try. Come on we are not all about lights, we do need to eat! Share some holiday favorites.

I agree. I will need to find a recipe and post it. I thought for sure the ladies of the forum would have posted a recipe.

I shall see what I can find.

Isn't there anyone who knows what Christmas is all about?

Actually that is one of my favorite recipes, I make them all the time, except for Christmas I use multicolored sprinkles instead of just the sugar.

*and yep, the ladies can be just as light and Christmas crazy as the guys, lol* I'm just as crazy as hubby.
