I have seen all kinds of arches small ones big ones and the question I have is how do you support them is everyone using guide wires?? what keeps them from falling over in the wind?

I have mine in the ground with 24" long Re-bar, then I use string and a tent peg on either side.

My arches as you know are different and wind was not an issue, nor was the cold and snow. They (the arches themselves) were simple to build, adding light C7 sockets to 6ft cords was time consuming only because I had to remove sockets from the 25ft cords and then add them to the six ft cords, but it sure is simple to replace burnt out lights, even more simpler than wrapping LEDs around 13 inch sleeves, and then sliding the sleeves over the 3/4 inch electrical conduct.

I may have the only arches like this but that is how all my arches well be for now on.
