I have a 6 foot - 3 dimential bethlehem star made of steel welded together.
Any ideas on how to string the lights onto the wire frame and keeping them orderly and neat??? I'm using C7 LEDs as the star will be placed against a tree 40 feet high. Picture shows a feeble attempt with too much wire exposed.
Any advice - much appreciated.

I cannot offer any concrete help as I never made a Bethlehem star. I can however suggest that you try using LED rope lights. You will get a clean uniformed look.

You could cover it in Corrugated Plastic Board to hide the wires. It will give the star even a more 3D look.

That is as far as my advise goes.

Great wireframe! I agree with Scott and think the rope lights would look quite nice. I also have a star with mini lights and have lots of tie straps used to keep them uniform - they look pretty good from a distance.

I did a 30" 3-d star and used zap straps. Worked great
